About the Role

You

must

have a clean, full UK driving licence due to the people we support's needs. You will be providing 1:1 support to a gentleman in his early 30s with complex care needs. He enjoys light-hearted conversation and values a good sense of humour in his support team. He is physically mobile and enjoys being involved in daily activities both at home and in the community.

What we are looking for in the Senior Support Worker:

You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with complex needs. You will be the go-to experience and senior member of the team of support staff, ensuring that best practices and organisational processes are followed. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice for the individuals we support
