Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Management Accountant to join our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management activities, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise advanced accounting software and develop expertise within a dynamic organisation. The Management Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Brookridge Group of companies.

Responsibilities

Management reporting including monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
Budgeting and forecasting, including annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.
*. Month?end and year?end close activities including journals, reconciliations, and audit support.

Financial analysis and business partnering for cost centres and strategic projects.
Cash flow monitoring and capital expenditure reporting.
Improving financial controls, systems, and processes.
Liaising with stakeholders and supporting senior finance management.

Required Skills

Strong management accounting principles. CIMA/ACCA/ACA part?qualified or qualified. Financial modelling and analytical skills. Strong Excel and ERP systems experience. Clear communication and business partnering. High attention to detail. Strong time management and problem?solving abilities.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
