capabilities. To support this growth, we're looking for a talented

Management Accountant

to play a key role in shaping how financial insights drive business decisions.

The Role

As a Management Accountant, you'll provide

critical financial analysis, reporting, and business support

. Working closely with colleagues across commercial, HR, operations, and projects, you'll make sure that accurate and meaningful financial data underpins everything we do.

This is a role where your insights will influence real business outcomes -- from budgeting and forecasting to project financial tracking and strategic planning.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare, review, and analyse

monthly management accounts

with clear commentary. Support

budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models

. Monitor

KPIs, trends, risks, and opportunities

to guide decision-making. Partner with project teams to track

costs, revenues, and budgets

. Ensure compliance with

accounting standards, policies, and regulations

. Drive

system and reporting improvements

in collaboration with IT and data teams. Act as a true

business partner

, translating numbers into actionable recommendations.
About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

A

degree in Accounting/Finance

(with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred). Solid experience in

management or commercial accounting

. Background in

manufacturing or engineering industries

. Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP preferred). Knowledge of analytics/visualisation tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar). Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. A collaborative approach -- able to work across teams and influence at all levels.
