- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Preparation of management accounts
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and planning.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial efficiencies.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Studying ACCA, CIMA or a recognised Accounting qualification
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary between 40,000 and 45,000 per annum.
