providing unique experiences and events. Both businesses are well established in the community and continue to expand. We are now looking for a skilled

Management Accountant

to support both operations and help drive sustainable growth.

The Role


Reporting to the Directors/Partners, you will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial information across both businesses. You'll work closely with managers from retail, hospitality, and leisure operations to ensure strong financial control, effective budgeting, and clear reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Preparing monthly management accounts for both businesses.

Producing consolidated reports, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections.

Monitoring sales performance, margins, and operating costs across retail, hospitality, and attractions.

Supporting managers with financial analysis to improve decision-making.

Overseeing stock management processes and providing seasonal trading insights.

Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Liaising with external accountants, auditors, and suppliers.

About You



Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience.

Previous experience in management accounting, ideally within

retail, hospitality,



or leisure industries

.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.

Advanced Excel and accounting software knowledge.

Organised, proactive, and adaptable with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to balance priorities and work across two varied and fast-paced businesses.
