hands-on Management Accountant
to take the lead.
This isn't just about keeping the numbers in order -- it's about building smart, scalable finance processes, delivering accurate reporting, and providing insight that helps our leadership team make informed, growth-driven decisions. You'll work closely with our part-time Finance Director and CEO, giving you real exposure to strategy and decision-making.

What You'll Do
Manage daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
Oversee purchase ledger, supplier payments, and sales invoicing.
Support credit control and debtor management.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Run payroll and related processes.
Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support cashflow forecasting and annual filings.
Partner with business teams to provide financial guidance and insight.
Ensure compliance and embed best financial practices.
What You'll Bring
Part-qualified, newly qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (experience in a service-based business is a bonus).
Solid background in bookkeeping and management accounts.
Confident managing VAT, payroll, and cashflow.
Proficient with
Xero
(Hubdoc/Dext experience is a plus).
Analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator.
Comfortable being both hands-on and strategic as the role evolves.
