Job Description

Supporting the Finance team by delivering high?quality management accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis, providing timely and accurate financial insights to guide operational and commercial decision?making.
Prepare monthly management accounts with clear, concise commentary and supporting schedules.
Deliver timely and accurate variance analysis against budget and forecast, explaining key performance drivers.
Produce concise, insightful financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
Support the annual budget process and regular reforecasting, challenging assumptions to strengthen financial plans.
Analyse cost and revenue trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support financial modelling, scenario analysis, and KPI development.
Work collaboratively within the Finance team to ensure consistent, high?quality outputs.
Provide financial insight and support to operational teams and build strong relationships across the business.
Maintain robust financial controls and reconciliation processes.
Support continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, and systems.
Assist with audit and year?end activities as required.
Undertake additional duties appropriate to the level of the role
Hybrid working of 2 days at homeQualified accountant opportunity
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
Knowledge of Sage 200
