Robert Half are working in partnership with an established business in Chippenham to recruit a Management Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity where you will take ownership of the management accounting processes for the business, whilst supporting with key business decisions and operational finance tasks. The salary is between 35,000 - 42,000 plus hybrid working.
The Role
The main duties of the Management Accountant role will consist of the following:

• Preparing the monthly management accounts; balance sheet and P&L
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Financial reporting
• Fixed assets and depreciation
• Posting journals
• VAT returns
• Cash flow forecasting
• Preparing aged debtor and creditor reports

Profile
The Management Accountant role would be suitable for someone that has the following skills/experience:

• Proven experience preparing management accounts
• Ideally part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Confident user of Excel; familiar with pivot tables and lookups
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
