The
Role
As our Management Accountant, you will play a key role in shaping the financial insights that guide our decision-making. This is not just about reporting numbers -- it is about telling the story behind them, spotting opportunities, and helping us grow sustainably.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports. Including Profit & Loss + Balance Sheet, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accrual and Prepayment Schedules.
Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Cash flow forecasting.
Management of Fixed Assets and calculating depreciation
VAT returns
Calculating Rebates
Providing clear, actionable insights to support business strategy.
Working closely with leadership teams to drive efficiencies and profitability.
Supporting year-end processes, audits, and compliance requirements.
Continuously reviewing processes to improve accuracy and speed.
What We are Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you bring:
A professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or working towards it. AAT Qualified and qualified by experience will also be considered.
Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in a challenging environment.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills (experience with accounting software a plus).
Excellent communication skills -- you can translate financial data into real-world impact.
An initiative-taking mindset with a passion for problem-solving and adding value.
A supportive team member who can work effectively with colleagues across the Group.
