The Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a pivotal role that will provide strategic financial insight, drive performance improvements, and support decision-making across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Analyse financial performance across multiple business units and geographies (including cost centre analysis) and explain variances. Develop and maintain robust forecasting and budgeting models. Partner with operational teams to review performance, provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions. Support strategic initiatives including cost optimisation, pricing strategies, and investment appraisals. Ensure compliance with internal controls and group accounting policies. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, systems and the wider business Support the implementation of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) within the business. Mentor and support junior finance team members.

What We're Looking For

Finance-based Qualification or QBE. Proven experience in a management accounting role--ideally within a multinational, manufacturing, or retail environment. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to influence non-finance teams. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERPs (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
