Robert Half have partnered with a fast-growing service provider that has recently undergone a merger and significant expansion. With a strong private equity backing, this is a dynamic, high-growth environment requiring resilience, adaptability, and strong technical skills.
This role requires Strong knowledge of D365 (essential).

• Role: Interim Management Accountant
• Location: Bristol (SouthWest)
• Duration: 4 months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Day Rate: 350 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of nominal postings and financial data.
• Support month-end close and prepare management accounts to a high standard.
• Assist with preparation for year-end audit.
• Maintain controls and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Engage with stakeholders across up to 10 companies/entities within the group.
• Support senior finance leadership (including CFO) with ad hoc tasks.
• Participate in process improvement and systems development (Microsoft Dynamics).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments.
• Strong knowledge of D365 (essential).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work remotely across multiple teams.
• Experience handling multi-entity accounting.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining financial challenges clearly.
