Job Title: Management Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Management Accountant / Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded. A key element of this role will be providing management information to the senior management to forecast and monitor performance, prepare budgets and provide business forecasts. You maybe either ACCA or AAT qualified or have gained the relevant extensive work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software QuickBooks plus Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with budgeting and financial and cash flow forecasting
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation

- Join senior management team to support overall management of the business.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or qualified by experience
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software like Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Strong understanding of financial services and principles
- - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
