About the role

Full time, permanent role, reporting to the Group Finance Director, this post requires a fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA or CIMA) to work alongside our Payroll & Accounts Manager to take accounting responsibility in overseeing the company finance & accounting systems. The successful applicant will take ownership of timely month-end close out processes, reconciliations, and management reporting.

This is a hands-on position, requiring working knowledge and experience of accounting disciplines including financial accounting, compliance, projections, budget and cash flow forecasting as well as systems development and mentoring the finance team.

About the individual

Proven experience as a Head of Accounting or similar role Professional accounting qualification (eg: ICAS, ACCA, CIMA) is essential Strong organisational skills, demonstrated leadership capabilities & ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Extensive knowledge of financial services and accounting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: 48,000.00-52,000.00 per year
