We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial forecasting, possess excellent communication skills for client interactions, and be adept at translating financial data into actionable business insights. This role is crucial for supporting our project-based consulting services and contributing to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Forecasting and Analysis:

Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and planning. Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to guide business decisions.

Client Interaction:

Act as a primary financial consultant for clients, offering insights and recommendations. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and accessible manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.

Business Direction and Strategy:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges. Derive actionable business strategies from financial analyses. Assist in the development of business plans and budgets aligned with clients' strategic objectives.

Project-Based Work:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. Customise financial solutions to fit the specific needs of each project and client. Monitor project progress and adjust financial strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis. Proven track record in financial forecasting and budgeting. Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders. Ability to derive business strategies from financial data. Experience working on a project basis, preferably in a consulting environment. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
