Job Introduction
We are Scratch Meals Ltd. We prepare and cook nutritious, flavoursome meals that people love "from Scratch" so they don't have to; we combine craft, smallbatch capability with efficient production lines, and operate our own food facility in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, which has been our home since 2013.
We're looking for a hands-on, commercially focused Management Accountant to take responsibility for month-end procedures, improve factory cost transparency, and work with our Operations team to boost margins in a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing setting. You will manage management accounting, product costing, KPIs, cash flow, and working capital routines, while also playing a vital part in budgeting and forecasting cycles. You will work closely with junior team members and support the Head of Finance in building a high-performing finance team that is prepared for growth.
If you thrive in a small company environment, enjoy working with a dedicated team of colleagues with big ambitions, excel at transforming data into actionable insights, and can link finance with the factory floor, we'd love to hear from you.
