The ideal candidate will:
Oversee all ledgers
Oversee all Sage Line 50 entries to ensure complete and accurate information in order to produce monthly/annual management accounts
Reconcile all key balance sheet accounts
Attend monthly management meetings
Prepare and complete VAT and PAYE Returns
Prepare wages and submission of all monthly returns including RTI and Pension submission
Oversee payment of wages
Monitor cash flow and budgets
Oversee payroll and purchase ledger responsibilities to cover annual leave/sickness
Monitor and make payment to creditors including VAT, Pensions, PAYE, Corporation Tax
Liaise with external accountants and external bodies
