Job Summary
This role ensures the efficient operation of the office and maintains accurate financial records by managing administrative duties alongside fundamental bookkeeping and accounting tasks, often serving as the central point of contact for staff and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance
Accounts payable / receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier payments, track customer payments, and handle collections.
Payroll: Administer payroll, manage employee data, and ensure tax compliance.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and financial ledgers.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Software: Utilize Xero accounting software for daily transactions and reporting.
Budgeting: Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Xero accounting software and MS Office.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration.
