About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Management Accountant to join our team in the North Liverpool area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in providing accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Business partnering with departmental managers to provide financial insight and support Monitoring KPIs and providing commentary and recommendations Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting processes Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Requirements:

Fully qualified / Part Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a management accounting role Strong analytical and Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Experience using accounting systems - SAP is desirable
