The Management Accountant will lead the production of insightful management accounts, budgeting, and stock reporting to support strategic decision-making. This full-time, office-based role also involves improving financial processes and systems while partnering with departments across the business.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements to support decision-making processes.
• Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive profitability.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial advice and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
