Company
This is an exciting and well-established Art & Creative gallery based in central London with a strong presence internationally. They are well know for their collection of modern & contemporary art work, as well as their services for the trade & acquisitions of art pieces.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will take on a full scope of accounting from transactional processes through to management accounts preparation and reporting. The individual will take on a number of key duties including:

  • Managing the full AP and AR cycle for various international entities, ensuring timely payments.
  • Ownership of monthly close by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost centre reports and cash flow forecasts.
  • Process intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support the business in understanding financial drivers.
  • Work closely with the international finance team on group consolidations.
  • Process invoices and maintain supplier records.
  • Collaborate on audit preparation and VAT documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity within Microsoft Business Central.
Profile
The ideal profile for this Management Accountant role based in central London, should have the following:
  • Strong experience using Dynamics / Business Central accounting software.
  • Part-qualified to finalist level Management Accountant with strong ownership of month-end processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a business with multiple entities.
  • Confident with Excel formulas (Pivot tables / VLOOKUPs etc.)
  • Understanding of IFRS would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits
45,000 to 50,000 plus benefits including:
