Your Role at a Glance




As a

Management Accountant

in our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our month-end reporting. You will be responsible for leading the preparation of our month-end management accounts, as well as supporting budget analysis with key stakeholders, and producing figures and commentary for our monthly performance packs working in collaboration with senior finance team members and cross-functional departments.


This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity business. Your work will directly impact internal reporting, audits, and integration projects, and contribute to shaping our financial foundation for long-term success.

Location & Flexibility



Full Time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office 3 days per week (more if you'd like).

Key responsibilities



Lead in the delivery of monthly management accounts for the business, ensuring all month-end items are efficiently posted, carrying out monthly reconciliations including stock and COGS reconciliation and analysis. Complete and lead ledger reviews, including actual vs budget analysis alongside monthly reviews with key budget holders. Take ownership in preparing and producing monthly board pack, with a primary focus on the P&L and assisting with Balance Sheet and Cashflow, together with insightful commentary into relevant variances against budget. Documenting and updating key controls and processes, helping to increase efficiencies and create better workflows. Support, maintain and improve internal ERP system policies and procedures. Support the business in the development of KPIs for supply chain team and providing insight into performance against these. Assist in the preparation of the financial forecasts and budgets.

About you



CIMA or ACA Qualified 4+ years of experience in a Management Accounting Role Experience in

e-commerce, retail, or FMCG

environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of

NetSuite

and advanced

Excel

skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, modeling) Experience leading Month End processes Experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
