About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on and driven Management Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in producing accurate and timely management accounts, supporting financial operations across multiple entities, and driving continuous improvement in financial processes.

What You'll Do
Prepare the management accounts for three entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting
Maintain comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close, including the posting of accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
Lead and refine weekly cashflow forecasting for the UK entity
Prepare the quarterly VAT returns
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making
Support in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Partner with the Financial Controller on budget and forecast variance analysis
Assist in the annual audit, preparing supporting schedules and documentation
Support external audits as and when they arise, ensuring all required evidence is provided
Work with members of the finance team to identify and implement process efficiencies
Document key financial processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong internal controls
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and data accuracy
What You'll Bring
Part-qualified or studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Experience in a marketing agency or creative services environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Paprika (essential) and strong Excel skills
A proactive, collaborative approach, with confidence communicating across departments
Ability to balance hands-on accounting with strategic insight
