This vacancy has arisen due to Whitefox's exciting growth and increasing global demand for sustainable energy solutions. We are restructuring our finance team to support transformation projects and ensure robust financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.



The Role







As a Management Accountant, you will manage bookkeeping, assist with management accounts, and support audits for all group entities (UK, Canada, USA, Germany). We operate in a high-value transaction environment, resulting in a relatively low volume of transactions on a regular basis. You'll work closely with the Group Financial Controller and Canadian Finance Manager to ensure accurate reporting during a period of rapid growth and innovation.





Key Responsibilities


Assist with group consolidation, management, and statutory accounts Post month-end journals, reconciliations, and FX adjustments Support year-end processes and liaise with auditors Generate and analyse reports from SAP Business ByDesign Assist with finance system enhancements and BI integration Oversee purchase ledger: POs, invoice posting, accruals, prepayments Manage payment runs (HSBCNet, RBC) and supplier approvals Monitor group cash balances and manage treasury deposits Handle VAT and indirect taxes in UK, Germany, and Canada Maintain payroll reconciliations and process joiners/leavers

What We're Looking For




Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience with multi-entity/currency accounts, payroll, tax, and treasury Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with SAP Business ByDesign (preferable) Previous experience on a project-based time and bill business (advantageous) * Passion for sustainability and innovation
