Premier Mechanical Installations Ltd (PMI) was established in May 2003 in West London. We supply and install Pre-Fabricated Pipework to the commercial world. Our main clients are Building Services Contractors, Principal Contractors and Property Developers. We build Data and Energy Centres and manufacture Packaged Plantrooms, Mechanical Services Module systems and Plantroom Mechanical Skids. Due to our vast experience and understanding of Prefabricated Pipework and site installation we feel that we offer a unique advantage. Our Engineering Design Team can provide 2D and 3D drawings and models from clients' fully co-ordinated drawings. The Modules/Skids are then manufactured under controlled conditions within our workshop.

JOB PURPOSE
A Management Accountant is responsible for providing internal stakeholders with high quality, timely financial information, ensuring financial stability, profitability and supporting long term business success.
Key Responsibilities
The Management Accountant is accountable for the following in terms of the company's accounts for both the UK and overseas entities:
Prepare Management Accounts, P & L, cashflow and variance reports for Senior Management
Develop budgets, forecast future financial needs and monitor spending against plans
Advise Management on the financial implications,help formulate strategy and identify growth opportunities
Maintain accounting records and management information
Analyse business performance, highlight trends and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Assess financial risks and help develop strategies to mitigate them
Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems
Liaising with internal and external auditors (where applicable)
Producing reports and recommendations following audits
Preparing financial statements, including month end and annual accounts
Ensuring that the Ledgers are closed in a timely manner
Lead the CIS Returns process
Lead monthly reconciliation of bank and supplier statements
Advising on tax and treasury matters
Work with other Departments to provide financial context and support
Adhering to financial industry regulations
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Part Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or CIMA)
2 years' experience in a similar role
Trained in Public Accounting with audit experience
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent attention to detail when dealing with numerical and financial records
Proficiency in Financial Software including Sage 200
Strong IT skills including Office 365 and Microsoft Excel
Great communication skills
Self discipline, organised and efficient
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong team player
Knowledge/experience of the construction/manufacturing industry (desirable)
