This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the founder, with exposure to every corner of the business
The Role: Management Accountant
This role is ideal for someone who loves building dashboards, analysing cross-functional KPIs, and helping teams operate more efficiently through better insight. You'll work across customer service, logistics, social, affiliate marketing, business development, and international sales to help us understand what's working, what's not, and where to focus our energy.
You won't just be "closing the month." You'll be leading performance analysis that fuels growth.
What You'll Be Doing
International & Marketplace Reporting
Consolidate sales, fees, and performance across UK, Ireland, EU, and USA markets
Compare ROI across Amazon, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, Fair, Allegro and DTC
Track country and channel profitability to support strategic planning
Customer Service & Experience
Track response rates and resolution times across email, Trustpilot, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon
Evaluate CS performance and standard of replies
Monitor effectiveness of customer incentives and vouchers
Logistics & Fulfilment
Measure dispatch time per packer and packing accuracy (B2B & B2C)
Analyse shipping and fulfilment costs
Recommend and support performance-based incentives
Affiliate Marketing
Track daily outreach volume, engagement, and active affiliate %
Measure campaign performance (impressions, clicks, ROI, total spend vs return)
Social Media Performance
Consolidate KPIs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat (UK and Ireland)
Report on followers, engagement, traffic and GA4-sourced conversions
Track content effectiveness and organic growth
Live Commerce
Analyse TikTok and Facebook live sessions (sales, engagement, audience growth, ROI)
Track agency-led vs in-house session performance
Business Development
Track pipeline, new vs returning clients, and ROI on outreach or partnerships
Analyse lead generation activity vs conversion outcomes
What We're Looking For
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or finalist - or equivalent commercial finance experience
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills
Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio)
Exposure to multi-channel or eCommerce businesses
Highly analytical, methodical, and process-oriented
Great communicator - able to work across marketing, logistics, and finance
Proactive problem-solver with a "what can we improve?" mindset
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, TikTok Shop, Allegro, etc.
Familiarity with GA4, Klaviyo, or other CRM/ecomm tools
Worked in beauty, wellness, or retail before
Experience with live shopping, influencer or affiliate performance reporting
