The Management Accountant role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of this business services company. This position involves overseeing financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the key decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes with relevant data and insights.
- Analyse financial performance and provide reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in improving financial processes and implementing efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
