Team Introduction
Our partner organisation for property services, Cyson Cymru, is on a mission to build something great. As a new organisation, this role will have an impact and help shape the organisation from day one. The finance team will play a vital role in building a financially resilient organisation, working with the business in strategic decision-making to help the business grow.
As a Management Accountant, you'll work closely with the Financial Controller and wider teams to deliver accurate, timely financial insights that shape operational and strategic outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing monthly management accounts and providing insightful variance analysis and commentary
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across departments.
Delivering financial advice and training to internal stakeholders, promoting value for money.
Maintaining financial models and reporting tools to support business development.
Supporting business development related activity that will help the business to grow.
You'll be someone who:
Is a finalist or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Has strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Communicates clearly and works collaboratively across teams.
Can manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
Brings commercial awareness and a proactive mindset to problem-solving.
