This is a key role partnering with the Financial Controller and the wider management team to provide clear, accurate financial reporting and analytical insight that supports commercial decision-making and sustainable growth.
You'll play a vital part in month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management -- helping to keep our business performance visible, efficient, and well-controlled.
What you'll be doing
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, reports, and variance analysis
Support the financial close process, ensuring ledgers are accurate and reconciled on time
Produce daily cashflow forecasts and manage cashflow planning activities
Deliver reporting and insights to drive commercial performance
Support budget and forecast preparation within the group planning cycle
Develop and report key business and operational KPIs
Provide clear, data-driven insight to guide management decisions
Mentor and support junior finance team members
What we're looking for
Qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Strong experience in management accounting, reporting, and analysis
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident with data and financial modelling
A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills and a proactive, business-partnering mindset
Experience within a multi-site or group environment is advantageous
