FitXR is building the future of fitness. We make immersive workouts in VR and MR that help people move, sweat and feel connected. We exist for the misfits - people who want the joy and health boosts of moving, but don't see themselves in the traditional fitness industry.




We're looking for a

Management Accountant

to strengthen our day-to-day finance operations, reporting and business partnering - helping keep the numbers sharp and the business running smoothly.

What you'll do

Own the month-end close and management accounts prep Draft reporting packs and commentary for review Support the Financial Controller with audits and compliance Drive process improvements across AP, payroll and expenses Keep our financial model updated, supporting forecasts and cashflow Act as the first point of contact for finance queries Build strong relationships with management, auditors and advisers

You should apply if

You've got a solid accounting foundation - degree, part-qualified or equivalent experience You're curious about not just the "how" but the "why" behind financial processes You're organised, proactive and detail-driven You enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment You're a strong communicator with a team-first mindset

Bonus points

you're familiar with SaaS metrics e.g. ARR, churn, CAC, LTV you've had exposure to financial modelling you have any prior experience in tech, SaaS, fitness or VR you've shown signs of leadership in recent roles e.g. managing partners, leading projects
