We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our Financial Shared Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

+ Prepare accurate and timely monthly P&L accounts and balance sheets for a set of hotels.
+ Provide detailed reconciliations for hotel accruals and prepayments.
+ Assist in the loading and reporting of financial forecasts.
+ Support the Head of Management Accounts and Group Financial Controller with financial analysis and reporting tasks.
+ Participate in the budgeting process and provide support in processing payroll for hotels.

Team Development and Leadership:

+ Act as a proactive team player within the Financial Shared Service Centre, supporting colleagues and facilitating effective changes.
+ Recommend and implement best practices in financial accounting and processes.

Control and Compliance:

+ Conduct quarterly balance sheet reviews and complete banking reconciliations.
+ Ensure the accuracy of financial data in collaboration with Hotel Finance Assistants and hotel teams.
+ Maintain strict adherence to GDPR and PCI compliance requirements.

Desired Skills and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong foundation in financial principles and a keen interest in developing a career in management accounting. Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization. Experience with financial software and systems, such as ERP platforms, is highly desirable.
