Management Accountant - Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 40,000 per year + performance incentives

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Management Accountant to join our close-knit team. As part of a small family business, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly -- from managing daily accounts to supporting long-term planning and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and analysing financial reports to ensure accuracy and insight Managing purchase ledgers, payments, and reconciliations Using

Sage and other internal systems

for all financial management and reporting Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes Providing clear financial information to the management team to support decision-making Helping to refine and improve our finance systems and controls

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role Excellent

Excel skills

- confident with formulas, pivot tables, and reporting Proficient in

Sage

and comfortable learning or using other software systems High attention to detail and accuracy A genuine

team player

who thrives in a small, supportive environment Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
