What You'll Do

Financial Leadership

Take ownership of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow reporting. Build and manage budgets that drive growth and profitability. Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in line with accounting standards. Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, credit control, and revenue recognition. Support the Group CFO on shared services and annual audits.
Management Accounting & Insight

Provide financial analysis that informs strategic decision-making. Develop KPIs, service margins, and customer profitability models to improve business performance. Enhance financial models to evaluate new projects, pricing and service lines. Partner with department heads to monitor and drive performance against targets. Identify cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
Operations & Business Performance

Oversee day-to-day operational processes to maximise revenue and service quality. Challenge existing practices constructively, introducing improvements where needed. Develop scalable systems, workflows and policies to support business growth. Monitor service delivery metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management. Recommend and implement technology and automation to optimise performance.

Who You Are

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in financial management, management accounting, and operations. Commercially astute with a track record of balancing financial control with business growth. Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to manage both strategic projects and day-to-day operations. Excellent communicator, problem solver, and natural leader. Highly proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel (advanced). High emotional intelligence, fostering engagement while driving results.

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
