?? What You'll Do

As our

Management Accountant

, you'll play a key role in:

Preparing monthly Management Accounts, Board Papers, and cash flow reports. Supporting year-end audits, statutory accounts, and regulatory returns. Leading on budget planning, business plans, and financial modelling. Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Acting as a trusted advisor to management and Board members.

This is a varied and influential role where your expertise will help us deliver robust financial information and support strategic decision-making.

?? What We're Looking For

Part-qualified or qualified accountant

(CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA). Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, and cash flow planning. Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyse complex data. A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure. Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Desirable:

Experience in housing or development sector, knowledge of FRS102, VAT, and consolidated reporting.
