The Role - What You'll Be Doing

As a Management Accountant, you'll play a vital role in delivering accurate financial reporting and insight for our newly acquired businesses. This is a full end-to-end position where you'll get under the skin of our operations and contribute directly to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of monthly management accounts and board reporting Variance analysis, forecasting, and contract-level performance insights Balance sheet reconciliations and weekly cashflow forecasting Support statutory audits and contribute to consolidated group accounts Help implement financial controls and drive process improvements Work closely with our Finance Systems team on Dynamics 365 rollouts Partner with cross-functional leaders across operations, commercial, and group finance

What We're Looking For:

Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Proven experience delivering management accounts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset
