Management Accountant

to play a central role in shaping the financial future of our group.

This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of five. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic business, helping steer our financial operations across

eight group companies

What you'll be doing

Full responsibility for management accounts, budgeting, and cash flow Oversight of payables, VAT submissions, and reporting across the group Leading finance integration for future acquisitions Identifying and reducing wastage in supplier and operational costs Managing and developing the team Working closely with the CEO and wider leadership team

What we're looking for

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with solid experience 5+ years' experience, either in practice or industry Hands-on knowledge of

Xero

and strong Excel skills Proactive, commercially minded, and excited by fast-paced growth Confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment M&A experience a bonus

Salary:

30,000 to 42,000
