The main purpose of your role...



As a

Management Accountant

, you will be responsible for producing accurate financial statements, providing commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring the integrity of financial data while identifying areas for process improvement.

Skills & Experience required to do this role...

Experienced management accountant, experience within telecoms is advantageous Strong Excel and data analysis skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. Commercial acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced and change-driven environment.

Qualifications required for this role...



Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant, with at least 1-2yrs PQE.

Your key responsibilities are...



Preparation of the monthly Group management accounts and financial reports. Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted financial performance, including the management of the Balance Sheet. Monthly cost center reviews with budget holders, ensuring managers understand what is driving spend in their departments. Oversee the accurate posting of fixed assets and maintaining the fixed assets register with a NBV of over 300m Assist in the production of year-end financial statements and audit preparations. Line management of the assistant accountant. Supporting the FP&A function, providing Mergers & Acquisition support when required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legislation.
