IWS Water Hygiene are looking to recruit a Management Accountant position, working as part of the finance team based out of our head office in Walsall.

The role:
Financial Support
Month end reporting - preparation of monthly accounts including full variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to Group reporting deadlines
Manage WIP and cash flow requirements in line with Group procedures
Support the budgeting and forecasting process
Processing of expenses and charge back of fleet related costs
Provide accurate and clear financial and management information to regional managers and senior management on a timely basis
Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment
Stakeholder Management
Communication of financial deadlines in appropriate timeframes
Strategic thinking to support key business stakeholders
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the region to drive financial control within the regional offices
Communication
Communicate constructively and actively seek information
Clear communication of financial metrics to non-financial managers
Timely responses to queries
Safety
Promote and communicate standards/information to colleagues and team members.
Takes responsibility for own health and safety and adhere to all the Company health and safety procedures and policies
Identify and escalate any hazards, near misses in line with the Company's reporting procedures
Operational Optimisation
Recommend improvements to working practices and promote environment of continuous improvement

Staff Management & Development
To carry out performance and development reviews, identifying training needs, organising training of employee as required
Delivers toolbox talks and business updates to employees when required
What you'll need:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified (Part Qualified by Experience)
Experience working in a finance role in a multi-site environment
Ability to communicate and build relationships
Confident IT user, Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
Good verbal and written communication skills
