We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support financial processes and reporting within the energy & natural resources industry. This temporary role, based in Walsall, offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and vital sector.
The Management Accountant will;

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights.
• Manage reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data entry.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.

Immediate startTemporary to permanent
A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a temporary role under minimal supervision.

• Hourly rate of up to 23.49ph (including holiday pay)
