KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this hugely successful company to recruit a Senior Management Accountant. Your duties will be as follows:



Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts Looking at variance analysis and advising against budget, forecast and past results Responsible for distributing accurate reporting to relevant budget holders Supporting the month-end close processes Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads Responsible for providing financial insight for commercial decisions Driving continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting tools and systems Supporting ERP and BI system enhancements and ensuring data integrity across platforms Automating processes and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency Supporting audit processes and liaising with external auditors as required Assisting with tax and statutory reporting where applicable Leading and mentoring direct reports




You will be a fully qualified Accountant and will have worked in a similar role previously. Commercially minded with strong analytical thinking, you will have advanced Excel skills and will ideally have some experience with BI tools. A good understanding of multi-channel business models would be advantageous.
