We are seeking an experienced Management accountant who will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and compliance while ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep financial expertise and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities
Assist with the annual budget process assisting with external audits
Oversee ledger, credit control, cash flow, working capital, payroll, bank guarantees and treasury functions (including FX).
Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team
Bank reconciliations and oversight of ledgers
Developing and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets
Improving financial systems, controls and reporting processes
Collate and issue various internal reporting
Overseeing and assisting the sales ledger and providing holiday cover when needed
Produce profit margin, and sales data analysis to support forecasting and budgeting
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and business growth strategies
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies
Collaborating with senior management to align financial strategy with business objectives
Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
Providing detailed financial information to support business decision-making
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and financial statements
Reporting financial information to the Board, including preparation of board packs
Qualifications
Qualified AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualification
SAGE Line 50 experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Comfortable working individually and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and improvement ideas for the benefit of the Company and its staff
Experience of working with external auditors
Experience and business administration functions
Comfortable reviewing and improving existing processes
Ability to work accurately under pressure within tight deadlines
Experience in a senior finance role
