Storyy Group exists to build better systems around children and young people who need them most. That mission only works if the numbers are solid, the insight is sharp, and decisions are made with clarity rather than guesswork.
This role exists to bring discipline, visibility and commercial intelligence into a fast-growing, purpose-led group. You will sit close to the Directors and senior leaders, translating financial reality into confident decisions, and ensuring growth never outruns control.
If you want a quiet, siloed accounting role, this isn't it. If you want influence, responsibility and the chance to shape how a values-led organisation scales, read on.
About Storyy Group
Storyy Group is a growing multi-entity organisation operating across education, alternative provision and children's services. We work with complexity, pressure and real-world constraints, which means our finance function must be pragmatic, accurate and commercially sharp.
We are building a group that lasts. That requires robust management information, clean processes and someone who takes ownership of the financial engine.
The Purpose of the Role
As Management Accountant, you will own the day-to-day financial control and reporting across the group, while supporting Directors with insight, planning and decision-making.
You will be hands-on. You will be trusted. You will be expected to spot issues early, ask difficult questions, and improve how things are done. This role bridges detail and strategy.
