We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role is pivotal in supporting the business through accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic planning. This is a

hybrid

role with a requirement weekly to attend our office in Worcester. Millbrook Healthcare Group work in partnership with the local authority to supply TEC solutions to support people in their day-to-day life. This TEC service provides the assessment of service users' care technology needs all the way through to the installation, maintenance and review of technology equipment.

What are we looking for?




The successful candidate will be responsible for month-end close processes, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting commercial tenders with financial input. Relevant telephone-based customer service experience is preferred

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercially minded with the ability to influence decision-making. Ability to determine key drivers of performance and relate back to the financials Experience working in the private equity environment would be beneficial Experience with financial systems - D365 Business Central is a plus Experience working with senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders to influence decision-making and optimise financial performance Demonstrable experience in commercial finance, with a pro-growth mindset Prior experience of supporting commercial pricing / bids would be advantageous

Qualifications

:

Qualified accountant or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience in a management accounting role - minimum 3 years
