Job Description
This Management Accounts Team Leader role in Altrincham offers an excellent opportunity to manage financial processes within the business services industry. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Management Accounting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- preparation of month end management accounts
- partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial guidance and support strategic objectives
- lead a small team
- continuous monitoring of internal reporting and analysis to wider business
- act as point of contact for external audit
- management and develop team members, providing guidance, support and performance management
- maintain strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax and regulatory requirements
A successful Accountant should have:
- Studying towards ACCA/CIMA - or have equivalent experience - Essential
- Proven expertise in managing financial processes and reporting - Essential
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and relevant software -Essential
