Keeping the wheels turning

Collaboration is key. After all, we energize together. As our Management Assistant, starting January 2026, you'll make sure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork. From supporting the management team, managing office supplies and equipment to coordinating travel bookings, supporting recruitment onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between departments, you're the glue that keeps it all together. You'll also play a key role in managing our ERP system (Netsuite), handling customer enquiries, and supporting the Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams across borders.


In addition, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us set up our new UK Office and Depot in

Bristol

and our Satellite Office and Depotin

Colchester

. This includes arranging and attending site viewings, scheduling meetings, coordinating with local suppliers, handling logistics, and taking care of the many details that make a new workspace functional and welcoming. You'll also oversee general office management tasks for our UK locations, ensuring that everything from facilities and supplies to health and safety standards is in order.


It's your mission to ensure our UK operating bases and processes are organised, efficient, and ready to support our growing business, all while keeping our sustainability goals front and centre.

Who are you?

You're a true Greener: you want to make the world a bit better, you question the status quo, and you're always looking for ways to innovate and improve 3+ years of experience in office administration and multitasking in a dynamic environment Experience with communicating with different types of stakeholders and ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently Proficiency in IT tools and office software applications Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing priorities Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite is a plus) Preferably a full UK driving license. You are available for a minimum of 9 months, with a potential to extend up to 12 months.
