As a Management Trainee, you'll gain experience across several core areas of the business while developing key professional and leadership skills. You'll learn how different departments work together and build a well-rounded understanding of operations, sales, marketing and team management.
Your day-to-day training will include:
Learning how to represent client brands professionally across different sectors
Supporting campaigns and projects across sales, marketing, and operations
Developing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Working alongside experienced team members and mentors
Participating in structured training sessions and workshops
Setting and working toward individual and team performance goals
Gaining exposure to team coordination and basic management responsibilities
