As our Liverpool-based company continues its growth into 2026, we're launching an exciting Management Trainee Programme designed for ambitious individuals at the early stages of their career who want to develop into confident business leaders.

This structured, full-time programme begins with hands-on training in core sales systems and client representation, before progressing into a 360 learning experience across all key departments, including team leadership, recruitment, training, operations and campaign management.

The Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop well-rounded future managers. You'll start by mastering the fundamentals of sales and communication, then gradually expand your skill set as you gain exposure to:

Key Responsibilities (As You Progress Through the Programme)

Learn and apply core sales systems while representing client brands professionally Support live client campaigns and daily sales activity Work towards individual and team performance targets Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members Support team leaders with day-to-day coordination and motivation Gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and team selection processes Contribute to a collaborative, on-site team environment
