Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support in their roles Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries Train new employees on kitchen procedures, food safety protocols, and customer service expectations Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant sector Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in barista duties or hotel management is advantageous but not essential A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences
