Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee our organisation's daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in project management, and experience in supervising teams. This role involves strategic planning, community engagement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmes. The Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering organisational growth, managing staff, and maintaining effective communication across all departments. A background in marketing, fundraising, social media management, and public health is highly desirable to support our mission and expand our outreach.

Responsibilities



Lead and supervise staff to ensure organisational objectives are met efficiently and effectively Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget Manage marketing campaigns and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement Coordinate fundraising efforts to support organisational initiatives Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, and oversee budgeting processes Foster community relationships through outreach programmes and public health initiatives Organise training sessions and workshops for staff development and organisational growth Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices Support teaching activities where applicable, providing guidance and mentorship to team members

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience in a managerial or leadership role Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration Experience in marketing, social media management, and fundraising strategies Administrative experience including budgeting, reporting, and record keeping Knowledge of public health principles is advantageous Teaching experience or background is beneficial for mentoring staff or programme delivery Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: 53,159.80-59,507.12 per year
