Job Description

The candidate should have a successful trackrecord and experience of working in a children's care home setting. We are looking for caring, empathetic and dedicated individuals who will be responsible for setting up the home, obtain the necessary CQC approvals and get the business up and running.

You must be able to do all aspects of a managerial role, including training, recruitment and introduction of caregivers, retention activities, supervision of direct reports, carry out service calls, complaints, finance, quality assurance, use care management systems and ensure all procedures and policies are correctly followed.

The candidates should undertake any training that is deemed necessary or mandatory by the company and maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence. Attend meetings to network and actively raise the profile of the children's home. Ensure that all who encountered are treated with care, dignity and respect. To liaise with other professionals, regarding referrals, the ongoing care of current and potential customers. Must have a clear DBS.. Must have a full driving license and access to own transport. Must be acceptable as a Registered Childrens Home Manager to the CQC and appropriate Level 3/5 qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
