Duties
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and quality standards.
Manage team performance through effective training, mentoring, and development of staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs while optimising team productivity.
Implement strategies to enhance Parent satisfaction through exceptional experience.
Conduct monthly meetings with staff to make sure the service is up to date with standards. Attend Forum meetings.
Handle Parent feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive service experience.
Requirements
Proven Manager/Depute/Senior experience in a childcare setting is essential.
Qualified with a PDA or BA in Childhood Practice or willing to work towards gaining the qualification.
Strong experience with knowledge of Care Standards/Quality Framework and safety practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in Childcare.

To lead and be responsible for daily management of the service and play a vital role in developing and implementing our policies and procedures.
Manage, supervise and support Skoolz Out staff to ensure a high level of care and service for children. This includes maintaining appropriate records for children.
Ensure appropriate staff ratios are maintained at all times, maintaining rotas of work including school pick-ups.
Organise Induction training for staff, participate in training and learning where appropriate and identify training needs for staff.
Attend and participate in meetings with the service provider and/or external agencies to ensure the smooth running of the service and be responsible for answering to Care Inspector and being prepared for inspections.
Carry out create and record risk assessments.
